UPS is the preferred carrier for Lake Erie Lawn and Garden. We also utilize the U.S. Postal Service.
Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping Address
Please be sure you provide us with your current/correct shipping address. If a package is undeliverable or if an address correction is needed due to a customer error, the customer will be responsible for all incurred fees. UPS currently charges $10-12 for an address correction, which including incorrect zip code, missing apartment number, etc.
Cancel or Change Order
Contact us immediately at 440-352-9700. If your order has not been mailed we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Orders are processed quickly so your request may not be possible. However, we will work with you to reprocess the order in a timely fashion.
We understand mistakes can happen. For example someone may accidentally order something they didn't mean to leave in their shopping cart, damage can occur during shipping, or incorrect items were mailed. On these rare occasions we will always be reasonable with our customers and honor a return. All returns are at the discretion of Lake Erie Lawn and Garden. All returns must have orginal box and receipt and may be subject to a 20% restock fee.
However, there are times when adjustments and returns are necessary. We will accept returns under the following circumstances:
A. Wrong item was delivered
B. Item(s) was damaged during shipping
C. Manufacturer defect/failure
D. No returns on electircal or special order items.
Returns must be made within ten (10) business days of the invoice date for the continental U.S. and (15) business days of the invoice date for all other orders. We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
Returned items MUST be unused and in original packaging. To facilitate a return, use the Return Form (RF) included with your original packaging or download a form from the Policies page, then email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 440-352-9700. We will provide you with return shipping postage via e-mail to expedite the return.

After we receive your items your item will be exchanged or your refund will be processed and a credit (less shipping charges & handling charges) will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it can take 3-10 business days to post to your account.
